Duties & Responsibilities
	Dealing with telephone queries/Customer Care
	Promoting properties to prospective tenants on the telephone and face to face
	Meeting with landlords
	Arranging & Completing Viewings
	Marketing of Properties in Newspapers & Property Websites
	Marketing Letting Service
	Sourcing New Business
	Viewings for properties for sale 1/2 viewing per week
