Site Acquisition Agents/Valuers/Negotiators
Position Purpose
To secure contracts with property owners in Ireland and Northern Ireland for access to rooftops and masts identified by Radio Planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying potential high-sites.
- Surveying sites identified by Radio Planning for initial suitability.
- Initiate contact with site owners, present proposals and conduct negotiations.
- Develop ongoing relationships with site owners and act as the point of contact.
- Liaise with Radio Planning to compile the planning details for the site acquisition agreement.
- Ensure structural drawings are produced for the site acquisition agreement.
- Negotiating through from initial proposal to final agreement the contractual terms for sites which Irish Broadband wishes to acquire.
- Completion of legal agreements
Experience Required
- Ideally 2-3 years experience in a telecoms acquisition department but candidates with a background in property acquisition/management would be suitable.
- Good negotiation skills are required, as is the ability to communicate clearly and concisely (oral & written).
- The ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- The role demands drive, commitment, diplomacy, assertiveness and the ability to work under pressure.
- Full clean drivers licence is essential as Nationwide travel is required for this role.
