A Letting Agent/Property Manager is required for a reputable and expanding Residential Property Lettings and Management Agency in South Dublin.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
• Capability of using initiative and generating business
• Good knowledge of Windows XP including Word, Excel etc
• Full clean driving licence and own car

Duties will include:

• Viewing properties for rent
• Liaising with landlords and tenants on ongoing basis
• Preparation and review of property listings, lease agreements etc.
• Assisting with property management issues
• Assisting with the carry out of inspections on management properties
• Some reception work

Professional and neat appearance is essential .
