Summary: A soon to launch online property services website is looking for an entrepreneurial Estate Agent to come on board as a partner and help manage the business to success.

The Company: TheGoodAgent.ie is an online property services website which will offer a unique services in the Irish market. With plans to launch in the Irish market early next year and later in the year expand into the UK market the company is geared for high growth in 2010.

The Role: The team behind TheGoodAgent.ie are experienced in launching new online businesses with multiple successful launches of multi-million pound products already under their belt. They have identified an opportunity in the property market and are looking for someone with industry experience to come on board and help manage the service to launch and also help manage the service once launched.

The ideal candidate: Must be pro-active and must not be shy of getting their hands dirty. Must have a good understanding of the web and online marketing knowledge is a big positive. The success or failure of startups relies upon the people managing it to be happy managing all parts of the business. We are not looking for someone with masses of experience, the candidates attitude is much more important.

Compensation: This role will be paid part salary and part equity. It is vital that whoever takes on this role is totally committed to the project. As a result they will be offered an equity stake in the business. They will, however, need to take a smaller than usual salary in Year 1 to ensure the business remains cash positive in Year 1. Salary and Equity are negotiable for the right candidate.
