Recruit Telecoms Ltd are a UK based recruitment consultancy with a number of jobs in Ireland and UK suited to Estate Management, Property Management and Surveying graduates. Especially graduate IPAV/IAVI members.

Working for either a mobile phone operator (Meteor, Vodafone etc) or the ADC (Acquisition, Design and Construction) consultancies working on behalf of the operators on 2G and 3G network rollouts, the role involves; site surveying, negotiations with landlords, dealing with planning issues and applications, using landlord and tenant law, liaising with solicitors, managing a portfolio of sites, working in a multi disciplined team, updating databases and presenting information.

Roles are currently based in Dublin, Cavan and throughout Ireland and various locations in the UK. Graduate salaries range from €25-30k and in addition may also include a bonus, vehicle, healthcare, phone and excellent training & benefits.

Roles would suit those with an interest in a hi-tech, dynamic and challenging industry sector such as telecoms combined with commercial property knowledge and experience.
