ERA Kelly Bradshaw Dalton  Auctioneers has a vacancy for an experienced customer services / front of house person in their busy Drumcondra office.

The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, uploading data to web sites and other general computer skills.
Acting as administrator for the Lettings & Sales Agent duties will include

  • Dealing with telephone enquiries
  • Maintaining the Lettings database
  • Advertising properties on the internet
  • Drafting leases & transferring utility accounts for tenants.
  • Liaising with the Maintenance team
  • Creating mailshots
  • General Office Duties e.g. filing, data entry, etc

Skills Required:

  • Strong administration and organization skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Good Communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Flexibility at peak business periods
