The Company
Due to its continued expansion, a North-west’s leading estate agent is currently recruiting an Estate Agent (Manager/Supervisor)
The Position
The successful candidate will become the right hand person to the Managing Director, taking over responsibility for managing the office and team, and be a major contributor to the growth of the business.
The position will assume the following responsibilities:
Office Management
- Review all office processes and implementation of our existing system.
- Ensure the smooth running of the office on a daily basis.
- Ensure that all office/procedure changes are agreed and implemented.
- Ensure that weekly/monthly reports are produced in a timely manner.
- Liaise directly with the Managing Director on all staffing and other activities at weekly meeting.
Staff Management
- Manage four office and sales staff.
- Monitor sales with the sales team, ensuring sales targets are being adhered to.
Local Knowledge
- The successful candidate will ideally have a comprehensive knowledge of the local market, using this experience to implement.
Sales/Customer Service
- Motivate and monitor the sales team on a daily basis.
- Ensure the smooth running of the front office and ensure that all jobs/calls have been attended to within 24hrs of initial contact.
- Promote the company’s products and introduce/source new business.
- Work off own initiative to generate own sales - in both residential and commercial markets.
The successful candidate must have at least 2-3 years experience, start as soon as possible and salary will be competitive but will depend on experience. IPAV qualified will be an advantage.
