A permanent full time Residential  Lettings & Sales  Negotiator required Dublin City Centre with a minimum of 1-2 years experience.

Job description:

Key tasks include:

• Meet with prospective clients and secure the letting or sale
• View residential property and submit a current market value and marketing plan to the client for the proposed letting or sale
• Show prospective tenants and buyers properties.
• Management of properties on the property portfolio.
• Inspections of properties
• On line and office management of a property portfolio

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in residential lettings and sales
• An ability to work on their own initiative and also as part of a team
• Good organisation and communication skills
• Be hungry to succeed in a competitive market
• Be commercially aware
• Have their own transport
