IPAV’s Certificate course is recognised by the College of Estate Management at Reading University for progression to their BSc (Hons) in Property Management by Distance Learning. The College provides course material, resources and online support.

Registration takes place in November with course commencing in December and concluding in September of each year. Currently IPAV Certificate Graduates are exempt from six of the sixteen modules of the programme.
