The Part Time Certificate in Estate Agency Practice is designed to produce competent, articulate and professional graduates through a rigorous examination and assessment system. This is a challenging two year course designed to prepare students to enter the profession.

Students who obtain the Certificate and subsequently acquire two years experience in an auctioneering practice (or three if they run their own auctioneering practice), approved by IPAV, qualify to apply for full IPAV membership.

Entry Requirements   Applicants must be at least 23 years of age
Applicants must have a pass Leaving Certificate or equivalent
spacer Applicants who do not meet the minimum standard of education will be assessed on previous qualifications and work experience
     
Course Fees   €1,650 each year payable to IPAV
 
Semesterisation
  The course is semesterised with exams in January and June.

In addition to examination, students will undertake coursework in each semester which will count towards the overall grade for the year

Students must pass all subjects in Year 1 to progress into Year 2
Students must pass all subjects in Year 2 to gain the Certificate
