The Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV) today reminded all its members to be aware of their statutory obligations in relation to current legislation and the Institute’s own Code of Professional Conduct concerning issues relating to the publication of sales’ prices.

Institute Chief Executive Fintan McNamara called on the Government to review legislation in this area as there was likely to be a dearth of information for consumers in the current situation.
