Director of The National Property Services Regulatory Authority

The position of Director of the National Property Services Regulatory Authority has been advertised recently.

The National Property Services Regulatory Authority is a new organisation being established by the Government to devise and implement a new regulatory framework for auctioneering, estate agency property letting and property management services.

The new body follows the adoption by the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform of the Report of the Committee on Auctioneering and Estate Agency published last Autumn and on which IPAV was represented by Chief Executive Liam O’Donnell.

The Authority will be located in Navan, Co. Meath and will be under the aegis of the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform.
