Job Description: 

The Role:

We are recruiting a Sales Support Administrator.

The successful candidate will be experienced in all aspects of administration, customer services, client liaising and diary scheduling in a role supporting 4 sales personnel.

Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Issuing compliance documentation.
  • Launching properties online.
  • Letter typing & Invoicing.
  • Sales support.
  • (MIS) updating (work-log, property lifecycle, sales dashboard).
  • Ensuring tasks on work-log are completed & distributed on a weekly basis.

Skills & Knowledge Required:

  • Strong communication skills/customer focus/attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in an environment of constant change in a thriving office.
  • A team player.
  • Efficiency in completing tasks required.
  • Excellent phone manner.
