The first group of IPAV Members will be presented with their Recognised European Valuer (REV) Certificates by Mr Brian Hayes TD Minister of State for Public Service Reform and Mr Roger Messenger Chairman of TEGoVA.  This graduation ceremony will take place today, 06 January 2014 at 2pm at The Institute of Technology Tallaght, Dublin 24
