Property Accounts Specialist 2/3 days per week
The role involves maintaining a high standard of accounting
- Experience in the property software Letman desirable
- Property management and real estate experience desirable
This role will require the use of skills and organisation, and communications in the collection process and monitor incoming and outgoing rental payments,
- Maintaining bookkeeping records and spreadsheets
- Communicating with clients and tenants in relation to rental payments
- Recording, updating, and tracking rental payments.
- Preparing and executing batch wire transfers, Payment of all company suppliers
- Continuous evaluation of current policies
- Basic qualifications: Associate's degree in business or accounting and finance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Great organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency with financial management software.
