Property Accounts Specialist 2/3 days per week

The role involves maintaining a high standard of accounting 

  • Experience in the property software Letman desirable
  • Property management and real estate experience desirable

This role will require the use of skills and organisation, and communications in the collection process and monitor incoming and outgoing rental payments,


  • Maintaining bookkeeping records and spreadsheets
  • Communicating with clients and tenants in relation to rental payments
  • Recording, updating, and tracking rental payments.
  • Preparing and executing batch wire transfers, Payment of all company suppliers
  • Continuous evaluation of current policies


  • Basic qualifications: Associate's degree in business or accounting and finance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Great organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency with financial management software.
