The Higher Certificate in Business in Real Estate Valuation, Sales and Management is a two year part-time level 6 award (120 ECTS) on the National Framework of Qualifications developed in collaboration with TU Dublin. This is a blended learning course taking place every Saturday during the academic year with a mix of online and classroom-based learning held in TU Dublin Tallaght. There is approximately 4/5 classroom-based lectures each semester. All lectures are held on Saturday’s 9.30am to 5pm (times subject to change) with the exception of a one off Friday class for the front loaded module held in Semester 1. Full attendance is expected for all lectures.
On successful completion of the Higher Certificate in Business in Real Estate you satisfy the Property Regulators educational requirements to apply for all four licences A, B, C & D – sales, letting and management.

- Current Curriculum Vitae outlining your education, career history to date and if applicable, any property experience.
- Current employers’ reference or business reference if self-employed (this is only required if working in the property industry)
- If you are under 23 years of age you must enclose a copy of your Leaving
Certificate results or equivalent. - 3rd level examination result transcripts, if applicable.
- English Competency results if English is not your first language.
