Certificate in Real Estate Administration in conjuction with Technology University of the Shannon (TUS)
The objective of the online Certificate in Real Estate Administration programme is to give appropriate skills to individuals who are working in or those intending to work in real estate offices the knowledge and competencies required to support the property professional and their clients in a professional and competent manner.
On successful completion of the Certificate in Real Estate Administration the graduate will obtain a NFQ level 6 (60 ECTS) qualification.
This course is not for those who are looking to obtain the educational requirements to apply for a Property licence, it is aimed at administrators working as or those who hope to work as administrators in a real estate profession.

• Marketing, Sales, Theory and Practice
• Customer Service, Business and Management
• Web Applications and Social Media Marketing
• The Regulatory Framework
Minimum Entry Requirements Mature applicants (i.e over 23 years) or Leaving Certificate -Grade O6 at ordinary level in five subjects in the Leaving Certificate. Two of these subjects must be Mathematics and a language (English or Irish) or any QQI Level 5 or Recognition of Prior Learning.
Duration 1 academic year: 24 weeks, the programme starts in September. Thereafter lectures will take place two evenings per week (Online) plus 2 Saturdays per semester online 9.0am – 1.00pm
