IPAV in conjunction with TEGoVA introduce a Registered European Valuer (REV) course for IPAV members. The REV status enables members to complete both commercial and residential valuations to Blue book standard.
The REV course is a progression valuation course. In order to obtain the new REV status, it is mandatory to have first completed the TRV course.
The REV course is only available to members who:
• Currently hold the TEGoVA Residental Valuer (TRV) status
• Have 10 years proven commercial valuation experience and
• Can furnish the completed application form and supporting documents requested.
