2023/24 Registration Closed

The Higher Certificate in Business in Real Estate (Valuation, Sales and Management) is a two year part-time level 6 award (120 ECTS) on the National Framework of Qualifications developed in collaboration with TU Dublin Tallaght. This is a blended learning course with a mix of online and classroom-based learning (held in TU Dublin Tallaght). There is approximately 4/5 classroom-based lectures each semester. All lectures are held on Saturday's 9.30am to 5pm (times subject to change) with the exception of a one off Friday class for the front loaded module held in Semester 1. Full attendance is expected for all lectures. The cost of the course is €3500 per year.

On successful completion of the Higher Certificate in Business in Real Estate you satisfy the Property Regulators educational requirements to apply for all four licences A, B, C & D – sales, letting and management.
