Company Structure
IPAV’s Council is deemed for all purposes to be the governing body of the Institute. Council members are elected at the Institute’s Annual General Meeting.
Council is represented by 20 serving Members throughout Ireland and is supported by an Executive Council, consisting of IPAV's President, Snr. Vice President, Jnr. Vice President and CEO of the Institute.
Expert Committees are appointed to advise, monitor and recommend to Council policies and procedures considered material to the Institute and the profession.

Expanding Reach
1980 - IPAV membership grows to over 500 licensed auctioneers and valuers.
National Council
1990 - IPAV establishes a National Council with elected representatives from all four provinces.

2005 - IPAV prioritizes education, offering courses to aspiring property service providers.
