McPeake Auctioneers based in Tyrrelstown, Dublin 15 have a great opportunity for a New Homes Negotiator to join our New Homes department.
This role offers an excellent platform for an ambitious and competent agent to expand their career working within a highly motivated team representing some of the country’s largest and best developers.
The successful candidate will be given the responsibility of assisting directly with the marketing and sales of new homes for a variety of clients, with scope to build their own relationships and connections in the industry.
It is essential that the applicant have a full clean driver’s licence and will be required to be flexible for weekend work.
The ideal candidate would have:
- PSRA Licence
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role (New Homes experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to demonstrate an ability to work in a sales driven environment
- Knowledge of Help to Buy and First Home Schemes
- Experience of using a CRM preferable but not essential
- An organised and methodical approach with an ability to prioritise workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Impeccable standards in customer care
- Team player with a resilient, positive and friendly attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
The Key Responsibilities include:
- Supervise the efficient administration of all procedures in the pre and post sales processes
- Manage a high volume of enquiries
- Identify and register potential buyers, secure and conduct viewings both in person and digital
- Follow up viewings and secure sales, maintain a good relationship with applicants to generate future sales
- Exceptional reporting skills to senior and client level
- Assist in the preparation of client pitches and presentations
- Perform other tasks delegated by management as required
- Build and maintain trust with prospective and existing clients
- Manage regular client reporting across multiple assignments, acting as client’s single point of contact
