Job Description
Experienced Senior Residential Property Manager with a commendable track record and a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in block management.
The ideal candidate would have:
A valid PSRA license and valid driving license and the use of a personal car.
Excellent Communication skills
Committed property professional who is a good team Worker
Knowledge of building structures including plant and equipment
Ability to exercise discretion in handling and communicating sensitive information and willingness to work under pressure in a dynamic positive environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365/Google Workspace and property-related CRM systems (ie Blackman) is a prerequisite for this position.
Strong Customer focus and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done
The Key Responsibilities include:
Daily communication with clients, attending/chairing director’s meetings, AGMs, and EGMs.
It requires staying up to date with relevant legislation e.g. the MUDs Act of 2011, the PSRA agent contract, and having a comprehensive understanding of OMC lease agreements and the covenants within them.
Additionally, the successful candidate should be well-versed in dealing with building structural issues, organizing planned preventative maintenance schedules, and budgeting.
