IPAV is an Approved Body of the Direct Professional Access Scheme; meaning that members can access a barrister directly for a legal opinion in non-contentious matters - without having to go through an instructing solicitor.  

Teh Bar of Ireland have considerable expertise and experience across the entire spectrum of legal specialities; including but not limited to:

• Professional, Regulatory and Discipline. 

Obtaining a legal opinion in a non-contentious matter through the Scheme can be an efficient and cost effective of obtaining legal advice.
