Lisa Kearney is a Director and co-owner of Rooney Auctioneers and holds the position of Head of Residential & New Home Sales at the same firm. With over 28 years of invaluable experience in real estate, Lisa has established herself as a trusted professional with a keen eye for market trends and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to her clients. Lisa’s academic journey has equipped her with a diverse skill set to excel in her field. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy, demonstrating her understanding of human behaviour and interpersonal dynamics, which enriches her approach to client interactions and negotiations. Additionally, Lisa has pursued further education with a diploma in Property Law and a Certificate in Marketing, further enhancing her expertise and proficiency in the real estate market. Lisa also serves as a board member and currently holds the position of Vice President of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers in Ireland. Her involvement in this esteemed organization underscores her commitment to upholding & adhering to best practices & professional standards and advancing the real estate profession in Ireland. Lisa's dedication to excellence, integrity, and client satisfaction is evident throughout her career and she hopes to continue to make significant contributions that positively impact the industry, setting a high standard for professionalism and service excellence.

Ella Dunphy established her auctioneer's practice in 2002, which was the first female-owned Estate Agency in Kilkenny’s property sector. She was joined by her son Ciarán in the business in 2009. Having gained a reputation for excellence, uncompromising standards and in-depth local knowledge, the nationwide franchise Douglas Newman Good invited Ella Dunphy to join their team in 2004, and to date she operates as Director of DNG Ella Dunphy. Ella has extensive experience in block management, residential, agricultural land & commercial sales. Ella is a qualified TEGoVA Recognised European Valuer and a Board Member of the TEGoVA European Business Valuation Standards Board (EBVSB). She is an expert Valuer excelling in commercial valuations. Ella was elected to IPAV’s Council in 2013 and served as President in 2018/2019. Ella continues to take an active role on IPAV’s expert committee in advising, monitoring and recommending council policies. She is also an active- member of the Board of the Property Services Regularity Authority since 2019 and is Chairperson of their Audit & Risk Committee.

Kay McGuire is the dynamic leader behind Galway Property Services, a prominent Property Management company founded in 1996. With a reputation for excellence in facility and property management services across commercial and residential properties along the west coast of Ireland, Kay oversees a dedicated team managing hundreds of properties. Their services span rentals, lettings, estate management, property consultancy, and asset management. Kay's leadership is characterized by a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects within a challenging matrix management environment. Her strong commercial acumen enables her to apply strategic perspectives, make effective decisions, and deliver tangible operational outcomes. Kay is a member of Irish Association of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers since 2018. She has also won Best Student Award (2014-2016) from Dublin Institute of Technology in conjunction with the Chartered Surveyors of Ireland. Kays holds a Higher Certificate in Property Studies (2014-2016) with Distinction from Dublin Institute of Technology in conjunction with the Chartered Surveyors of Ireland & a Diploma in Religious Studies (1986) from St Patrick's College, Maynooth. Kay provides private grinds to students studying SCSI (Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland) Diploma in Property Studies, ensuring all students achieve a distinction. She is also Chair of Vocal Essence Ladies Choir and in 2018, played a pivotal role in organizing the first-ever vocal performance of Handel's Messiah for all-female voices in Ireland. In 2019, she served as a key member of the producing team for Fáinne Oir, an original music and dance production, which premiered in Castlebar and later performed worldwide, including on Broadway, New York. In 2020, arranged for 30 members of Vocal Essence to perform in St. Peter's Basilica & The Irish College in Rome (Feb). Kay is deeply involved in various fundraising activities, organizing unique events such as Christmas experiences and sponsored climbs for numerous charities and groups. She also collaborates with councils and residents to redesign underused green spaces within housing estates, sourcing sponsors for amenities like basketball hoops and benches.
