We would like to remind you that our final CPD event of the year will take place on December 8th in the Maldron Hotel, Tallaght. The day will run from 9am through until 4.30pm.
 
This event will focus on Blue Book Valuations, and we will have talks from Richard Flynn in relation to Septic tank legislation and regulation, Aisling Keenan on owner management companies, James Browne on discounted cashflows and calculating the yield, Kira Byrne [barrister] on recent decisions in the WRC and Michael Hanratty on BER ratings and how upgrades can effect property values.
