Catriona Tierney is a Limerick based journalist, radio presenter, and MC with Munster Rugby, interviewing Munster players at their home games at Thomond Park, as well as MC at corporate functions, award ceremonies, fashion shows and charity luncheons. Catriona co-hosts the Breakfast Show with Mark & Catriona on Live 95, has her own company, CT Media, and provides communications expertise to Limerick and Clare Education Board.

Lisa Kearney is a Director and co-owner of Rooney Auctioneers and holds the position of Head of Residential & New Home Sales at the same firm. With over 28 years of invaluable experience in real estate, Lisa has established herself as a trusted professional with a keen eye for market trends and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to her clients. Lisa’s academic journey has equipped her with a diverse skill set to excel in her field. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy, demonstrating her understanding of human behaviour and interpersonal dynamics, which enriches her approach to client interactions and negotiations. Additionally, Lisa has pursued further education with a diploma in Property Law and a Certificate in Marketing, further enhancing her expertise and proficiency in the real estate market.
Lisa also serves as a board member and currently holds the position of President of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers in Ireland. Her involvement in this esteemed organization underscores her commitment to upholding & adhering to best practices & professional standards and advancing the real estate profession in Ireland. Frank McManus, NAR Global Ambassador to Ireland & UK
Frank McManus is a seasoned member of the Orlando Regional Realtor Association, Florida Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors, where he's earned esteemed designations including Certified International Property Specialist and Accredited Buyer's Representative, among others. With a keen global perspective, Frank is deeply engaged in global-oriented committees at local, state, and national levels.
Recognized for his expertise, Frank was appointed by the NAR President as the Global Ambassador to Ireland and the United Kingdom for 2024, reflecting his dedication to fostering international real estate connections. Beyond his NAR involvement, he is an active member of IPAV (OS), Friends of Ireland FIABCI, and a Global Affiliate of the Canadian Real Estate Association.
Frank practices Residential Real Estate in Florida and enjoys assisting his clients with their real estate goals. Frank's passion for exploration extends beyond real estate; he loves to travel with his wife, Joanie, and enjoys spending time with his three accomplished daughters and two grandsons. Liam Sheedy, Former Tipperary Hurling Manager
Liam Sheedy has over 25 years of experience of leading teams to outstanding results in both the corporate and sporting environments. He spent 18 years, until November 2020, of his career working with Bank of Ireland where he held numerous leadership roles that saw him deliver exponential growth across his teams. In his role as provincial director for Munster, with responsibility for 600 employees and 500,000 retail and business banking customers, he designed and implemented the bank’s ‘Winning In Munster’ strategy, crystalizing a team culture that delivered unprecedented year on year growth in the province as well as significantly raising employee engagement and customer satisfaction scores.
Liam has also been one of Irish sport’s most successful leaders. Having played at the highest level, he is best known for his remarkable managerial success, leading his native Tipperary to an epic All-Ireland Final victory in 2010 before stepping away afterwards to concentrate on his banking career. He returned nine years later as manager of Tipperary and, remarkably, recaptured the title in his first year back at the helm. Liam has won numerous awards, including Philips Manger of the Year and Volunteer in Sport. As a member of the board of Sport Ireland – the statutory authority tasked with the development of sport in Ireland – since 2013, Liam chaired its High-Performance Committee and oversaw the development of a new strategy for Irish elite athletes and structures for the next 12 years. Liam served as a member of the University of Limerick Sport (UL Sport) Board of Directors and served on GAA management committee for three years.

Mary Considine, CEO of The Shannon Airport Group
Mary is the Chief Executive Officer of The Shannon Airport Group. In her career, Mary has held a number of senior roles, including, Deputy CEO of Shannon Airport and CFO/Company Secretary of Shannon Group. Mary was instrumental in the establishment of Shannon Group in 2014, now rebranded as The Shannon Airport Group. She has extensive experience in roles such as aviation, commercial development and finance. Mary leads the Group in maximising the potential of its airport and surrounding lands and property while embedding sustainability across the business, all of which are pivotal in driving economic advancement.
Mary is a Board Member of Ibec & President of the Ibec Midwest Regional Committee. She is a member of the Governing Authority of Mary Immaculate College. She also currently serves on the Board of Limerick Chamber of Commerce and is past President of Shannon Chamber of Commerce.
David Conway, CEO of Limerick Twenty Thirty
David Conway is Chief Executive Officer and Board member of Limerick Twenty Thirty DAC and charged with delivering the single largest programme of investment in real estate outside of Dublin for commercial, public, and residential facilities. Limerick Thirty DAC is a unique special purpose vehicle established by Limerick City and County Council to undertake this scale of development for the city of Limerick and the region. A Limerick native, he is former CEO of the National Sports Campus Development Authority responsible of the delivery of Ireland National Sports Campus which involved developing and operating the National Sports Campus, the National Aquatic Centre and National Indoor Arena. He also sits on the Board of Grangegorman Development Agency responsible of a new urban quarter in Dublin’s inner city. A former teacher, MBA graduate, Project Manager and CEO, David was previously involved with the University of Limerick on the first National 50 m Swimming Pool, the Program office to the Special Olympics World Summer Game in 2023 and advises international.
Aoife Brennan, Head of Lisney’s Research & Consultancy Department
Aoife is part of Lisney’s executive team and is a member of the Board. In her day job, she is head of Lisney’s research and consultancy department, where she is responsible for thought leadership on the various parts of the residential and commercial property markets through Lisney Sotheby’s International Realty and Lisney Commercial Real Estate. This includes rigorous data driven analysis of the various sub-sectors, regular quarterly update reports, and bespoke research on a wide and varying range of topics and market sectors.
She previously worked in both the investment and professional services departments of Lisney and Jones Lang LaSalle where she was involved in the valuation, acquisition and disposal of properties in Ireland and Europe, and in the valuation of all types of land and buildings throughout Ireland. Additionally, she was previously involved in monthly regulated purpose pension fund valuations and between 2004 and 2012, she lectured in valuations to part-time property students at masters, degree and diploma level. She is a current member of Ibec’s Dublin & Eastern Regional Executive Committee, as well as being involved in several Property Industry Ireland (PII) groups. She has a keen interest in diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, as well as PropTech and ESG policies and practices.
Aoife holds an MSc in Planning and Development and a BSc in Property Economics, both from Technological University Dublin. She also holds a Diploma in Official Statistics for Policy Evaluation from the Institute of Public Administration / University College Dublin and has completed a Professional Diploma in Strategy & Innovation at the Irish Management Institute / University College Cork. She is a Fellow of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Pat Davitt, CEO, IPAV
Patrick Davitt FIPAV REV MMCEPI Currently CEO of IPAV, Pat has worked in the auctioneering industry for over 40 years. In the absence of any national valuations standards in Ireland he spearheaded the introduction of the ‘Blue Book’ European valuation standards in 2013. These standards are recognised by the Irish Central Bank and the European Central Bank for which they hold default status. Pat was appointed to the 2023 Board of Directors of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), is a current Board member of CEPI the European Association for Real Estate Agents and also a member The European Group of Valuers Associations’ European Valuation Qualifications Board.
