Applicants need as proof of experience 3 years full time employment out of the 5 years from 2007-2012. IPAV advises all members to thoroughly check if personnel in their office, including partners and spouses that may have been working with them in the past, and are now due to the market lift coming back, have the relevant qualifications to apply for a PSP licence. If you think it is useful, it may be worthwhile applying for their licence now, as after July 2014 it will be too late and the education route will be the only option available to attain their licence.
