IPAV has been the venue for the well-known Diploma and Certificate in the Fine and Decorative Arts for over a quarter of a century. For Culture Night, IPAV will host an exhibition where lecturers will be on hand to talk about the enjoyment and benefits of studying the Fine Arts.
