In response to the Governments recent announcement, IPAV together with the Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA) and SCSI, have developed an updated Joint Sector Protocol for Property Services Providers.
 
The Guidance is applicable to Property Services Provider’s and Valuer’s for the auction, sales, lettings, valuations and property management environment and for both residential and commercial property.
 
It is imperative that all personnel working in the sector familiarise themselves with the details of this Guidance.
