IPAV in conjunction with TEGoVA introduce a new Registered European Valuer (REV) course for IPAV members. The REV status enables members to complete both commercial  and residential valuations to Blue book standard.

The new REV course will be a progression valuation course. In order to obtain the new REV status, it is mandatory to have first completed the TRV course.

The REV course is only available to members who:

• Currently hold the TEGoVA Residental Valuer (TRV) status
• Have 10 years proven commercial valuation experience and
• Can furnish the completed application form and supporting documents requested.

IPAV Office, 129 Lower Baggot Street, dublin 2

As the course is limited to 30 places, fully completed applications will be considered on a first come first served basis.
