Lettings/Sales Negotiator/Auctioneer

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Base salary to start with + commission scheme
The ideal candidate would have:
- PSRA License
- Previous experience in property sales, lettings, or auctions
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in property management software and online listing platforms
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Full clean driving license and own vehicle preferred
The Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage and oversee property sales, lettings, and auctions from start to finish
- Conduct property viewings and valuations
- Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Handle property listings and online marketing strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices
- Liaise with solicitors, financial institutions, and other relevant parties
- Provide market insights and guidance to clients
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
