Maher Property Advisors have an opening for a dynamic and progressive licenced agent to join our team
The ideal candidate would have:
- Current PSRA license– Category C & D
- Own car and full driving license.
- Experience of using a CRM such as letman/ blockman
- Excellent communications skills.
- Be self-motivated, goal driven individual able to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a clear and logical fashion, with good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to act on own initiative, and cover other positions when required
- Team player
- Ensuring a high level of customer service
- Minimum 3 years’ experience
- Previous Block Management experience a bonus
The Key Responsibilities include:
The role can be tailored to the prospects previous experience, availability and future goals. Our company offer a range of services including residential lettings and management, Block management, sales and valuations.
