Henry Wiltshire currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales & Letting Negotiator in our Naas Branch.
We are looking for candidates with creativity and drive. The successful candidate will join this very well-established company on a full time/permanent basis.
The role requires someone who is able to work independently in a busy office whilst working as part of a team, and with an ability to adapt and be reactive in a fast-paced environment while generating new business.
The ideal candidate would have:
- PSRA license
- 2-3 plus years of experience in residential sales & lettings
- Full clean driving license
- Good knowledge of the Kildare & Dublin Residential Property Market
The Key Responsibilities include:
- Be able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills and great organisational abilities
- Ability to work on their own initiative and generate new clients/business
- Be motivated, enthusiastic and hard working
- Be flexible to cover appointments outside normal working hours
