The ideal candidate would have:
- A relevant property qualification
- IPAV membership with REV/TRV qualification and/or SCSI/RICS membership
- Minimum 3 years Valuation Experience
- Appropriate PSRA licence
- Strong residential and/or commercial valuation experience
- Excellent knowledge of the property market
- Strong report-writing, analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A full driving licence
The Key Responsibilities include:
The successful candidate will undertake residential and commercial valuations across a diverse client base, preparing high-quality valuation reports for financial institutions, private clients, legal professionals and other stakeholders.
The position will suit an experienced valuer who combines strong technical knowledge with commercial awareness, excellent client-facing skills and the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
