The ideal candidate would have:
Experience in all or a combination of these areas of work would be a distinct advantage.
- Ideal candidate for the role will have between 2-5 years commercial property experience and would like to further their career with a busy and progressive commercial property team
- Excellent communication skills enabling the development of good relationships with clients and colleagues.
- IT Skills – Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
The Key Responsibilities include:
Dealing with all aspects of the Commercial Property Industry including Sales, Acquisitions, Appraisals, Lettings, Blue Book Valuations, Rent Reviews, CPO’s, etc.
