Job Description

We are a small but very well-established and very busy Residential Sales / Lettings / Property Management Agency based in South Dublin which covers all areas of Dublin City and County in addition to parts of Kildare / Wicklow / Meath. This business started as a small family firm over 25 years ago and we have maintained a loyal base of clients through our personal touch and vast experience. We have a highly qualified, competent and above all close-knit team with a wealth of experience in property that will provide a broad knowledge of all areas of the business which will give the successful candidate unparalleled experience. We are seeking an outgoing and ambitious individual who is prepared to help to continue to build our successful Lettings Division and we offer the best one on one training to the successful candidate with fully qualified and experienced mentors.

The ideal candidate would have:

  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in the market essential.

 

  • Full PSRA licence required.

 

  • Full clean driver’s licence.

 

  • Their own vehicle.

 

  • Starting date – June 2026.

The Key Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting viewings / lettings / check ins / check outs for our Lettings portfolio.

 

  • Preparing leases / Letters of Engagement / inspections for our Lettings portfolio renewals.

 

  • Working on Daft.ie / Myhome.ie / our own website to advertise properties

 

  • Taking and uploading photos of properties for various websites.

 

  • Assisting with managing any day to day challenges that arise and working with a senior manager if required.

 

  • Cover for other Negotiators when they are on annual leave.

 

  • Answering phones / meet and greet in the office.

 

  • Assisting in rental valuations with Managers / our Director when required.

 

  • During annual leave periods and busier times be prepared to go outside their role and help in other areas if and when applicable for both sales / lettings / property management – basically being a ‘team player.’ This is important for us as a team as we all muck in when its needed.

Salary level – we will offer an attractive and competitive salary based on the candidate’s experience. Mileage is also paid in addition to the salary.

 

21 days Holiday plus one additional ‘bonus’ day for the Candidates Birthday.
