Further to continued business growth, Property Partners Gill & Glynn have an opening for a dynamic and progressive ‘Estate Agent’ to join our growing team.
Property Partners Gill & Glynn are seeking a motivated Sales and Letting Agent to work as part of their expanding team.
Now with offices on Main Street, Oranmore, Main Street, Headford and Main Street, Ballinrobe the role is flexible in terms of location and hours (min. 4 day per week).
The ideal candidate would have:
- Own car and full driving license
- Excellent communications and IT skills
- Be self-motivated, goal driven individual able to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a clear and logical fashion, with good organisational skills and attention to detail.
The Key Responsibilities include:
Property Partners Gill & Glynn have a very strong residential sales department. We also have a large portfolio of residential lettings and property management (excluding block management). Furthermore, we offer valuation services for an array of purposes including transfer, tax and probate.
Property Partners Gill & Glynn have an excellent CRM (Acquaint) and systems in place to assist our Agents to perform in the most efficient and professional manner.
The ideal candidate would ideally be licenced and have 1-3 Years + Property Experience. However, an Apprentice may also be considered.
