DNG O’Connor Finn is currently seeking an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Operations Manager to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring excellent communication, efficient handling of maintenance and compliance matters, and the smooth running of operational and property management functions. The role will also involve supporting and overseeing the property management team to ensure tasks are actioned effectively and high service standards are maintained.

You will act as a key point of contact for landlords, tenants, contractors, and service providers, coordinate maintenance and inspections, and ensure properties and operational processes are managed professionally and efficiently at all times.

• They must be capable of working independently as well as part of a busy team.
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in the residential sales market, with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• They should also possess the ability to effectively develop our market share.
