Senior Sales Negotiator based in our vibrant Donnybrook office
The ideal candidate would have:
Minimum three years, licensed experience, in sales negotiation and a strong knowledge of the Dublin property market
The Key Responsibilities include:
Managing residential property sales from instruction through to completion
Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors to achieve optimal outcomes
Preparing sales documentation and coordinating with solicitors, brokers and surveyors
Ensuring compliance with PSRA regulations and licensing requirements
Assisting with valuations and new property listings
