This is a flexible consultancy-based opportunity suited to an experienced property professional or chartered surveyor capable of undertaking commercial valuation assignments independently and to the highest professional standards.

The successful consultant will work across a broad range of commercial, mixed-use, investment, and development property instructions throughout Ireland.

The role will also involve supporting and overseeing the property management team to ensure tasks are actioned effectively and high service standards are maintained.

You will act as a key point of contact for landlords, tenants, contractors, and service providers, coordinate maintenance and inspections, and ensure properties and operational processes are managed professionally and efficiently at all times.
