As a leading agency, we take pride in fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment where your skills and career can thrive.

The ideal candidate would have:

  • Experience: Proven track record in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
  • PSRA License: Must hold a valid PSRA license or be in the process of obtaining one.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Motivation & Drive: Highly motivated, with a focus on achieving results and meeting sales targets.

  • Midland Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Midlands property market is a significant advantage.
  • Transportation: Valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.

Key Requirements:

  • Must hold a full, clean driving license and have access to own transport.
  • The role is primarily based in Athlone but will spread across Westmeath, Offaly, Longford and Roscommon.
  • While holding a PSRA (Property Services Regulatory Authority) license is an advantage, it is not essential – Apprentice route accepted.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory. However, a keen interest in property or the property market is essential.
  • Candidates who are either about to start or have recently completed a property-related course, such as those offered by IPAV (Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers), are highly encouraged to apply.

The Key Responsibilities include:

  • Client Development: Build and maintain a strong client base through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing strategies.
  • Property Viewings: Organize and conduct property viewings, delivering detailed presentations and answering queries from potential buyers.
  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate sales agreements, ensuring the best possible outcome for all parties, and assist in the facilitation of the closing process.
  • Market Insight: Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and new listings to provide clients with informed guidance.
  • Documentation: Prepare, manage, and maintain all necessary sales documentation in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth transitions throughout the sales process.
  • Client Relations: Deliver exceptional customer service, nurturing and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with clients.
