Job Description
Further to expansion plans which include a third office opening on Main Street, Oranmore, Co. Galway (April 2025), Property Partners Gill & Glynn are seeking an experienced Letting Agent and Property Manager to work as part of their expanding team.
Now with offices on Main Street, Oranmore, Main Street, Headford and Main Street, Ballinrobe the role is flexible in terms of location and hours (min. 4 day per week).
Currently we manage a large portfolio of residential properties (excluding block management). In addition to lettings and property management, Property Partners Gill & Glynn also offer residential and commercial sales and valuations.
The ideal candidate would have:
- 2- 5 Years Property Management Experience
- Current PSRA license
- Own car and full driving license
- Excellent communications and IT skills
- Be self-motivated, goal driven individual able to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a clear and logical fashion, with good organisational skills and attention to detail.
