An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Lettings Agent to join a busy property team based in Dublin 7 and covering properties throughout Dublin.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in residential lettings or property management and will be confident managing the full lettings process in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate would have:
A minimum of three years’ experience in residential lettings or property management.
Strong knowledge of the Dublin rental market.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to manage a busy workload and work independently.
A professional and confident manner.
Good administrative and IT skills.
A full clean driving licence is preferred; a relevant PSRA licence, or eligibility to obtain one, is desirable.
The Key Responsibilities include:
Managing residential lettings from initial enquiry through to tenant move-in.
Conducting property viewings and following up with prospective tenants.
Preparing and publishing property advertisements.
Screening tenant applications, references, and supporting documents.
Liaising with landlords and providing regular updates.
Preparing tenancy agreements and coordinating lease signings.
Maintaining accurate property, landlord and tenant records.
Ensuring all lettings comply with relevant legislation and regulations.
Assisting with general property and office administration.
