Part-Time Office Administrator

Job Description: 

Hamill Estate Agents are currently seeking a part-time Office Administrator to assist in the daily operations. The administrator’s role will provide support to the business, including front of house dealing with general day to day office administration. The applicant must be articulate, professional and have excellent communication skills to interact with clients including vendors, buyers, landlords and tenants.  

Requirements: 

  • Reliable and dependable. 
  • Excellent telephone and communication skills, dealing with customer queries.  
  • Good time management and ability to prioritise workloads. 
  • Administrative experience, ideally within the property industry. 
  • Proficiency in computer skills. 
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team. 
  • Fluency in English and strong written and verbal communication skills. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage correspondence, queries, and enquiries. 
  • Diary management, arranging appointments and property viewings. 
  • General administrative and other ad-hoc duties as required daily. 
  • Maintaining and organising office files. 
  • Social Media Support, training will be provided. 

Salary Negotiable.
