The ideal candidate would have:
- Skills in Finance and Accounting, including proficiency with financial software and processes
- Knowledge in Account Reconciliation and Account Management to ensure accurate and efficient handling of financial records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (telephone, email, and face-to-face).
- Attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is preferred
- Relevant experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The Key Responsibilities include:
- Enter invoices into database, ensuring accurate data entry
- Managing phone calls, e-mails and other correspondence from owners, tenants, contractors and other parties.
- Generate service charge invoices and customer account statements
- Support customers with account enquiries and manage customer payments
- Proactively chase outstanding debtor balances
- Carry out general office administration duties
- Liaise with maintenance contractors regarding service queries
