GVM Auctioneers Tullamore Livestock Mart are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our busy livestock mart as an Estate Agent / Auctioneer / Livestock Clerk.
- Full time on site at GVM Tullamore Mart.
- We are willing to consider an apprentice for the role.
- This position offers excellent progression for someone looking to build a career in auctioneering, estate agency, and the wider rural property and agricultural sector

The ideal candidate would have:
- Hold a full clean driving licence
- This role would suit someone seeking a long-term career in auctioneering, estate agency, and the agricultural sales industry
- Role is in Tullamore, County Offaly: candidate must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
The Key Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with mart administration and operations
- Liaising with farmers, buyers, and vendors
- Assisting with and potentially conducting machinery auctions
- Assisting with the sale and letting of residential, agricultural, and commercial property
- Property valuations and market appraisals
- Conducting viewings and negotiating sales

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- Late evenings on Mondays (livestock sales)
- Some Saturdays throughout the year as required
Salary dependent on experience, Pay Scale : €21k – €35K per annum
