Global Properties Limited are looking for Estate Agents (Residential Sales & New Homes) to join our growing team in our offices in Cork city and Ballincollig.
The ideal candidate would have:
✔ Previous experience in property sales or a sales-driven role
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔ A self-motivated and target-driven attitude
✔ A valid PSRA license (or willingness to obtain one)
✔ Full, clean driver’s license
The Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage property sales from listing to closing
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct property viewings and negotiations
- Provide expert advice to buyers and sellers
- Stay up to date with market trends
