Busy estate agency in Kilkenny looking for a full or part time lettings agent to join our ever-growing team.

The ideal candidate would have:

- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Have fluency in written & oral English.
- Proficiency in the standard Microsoft office suite.
- Ability to build long term relationships with clients.
The Key Responsibilities include:
- Possession of a valid PRSA licence
- Strong interpersonal abilities, alongside drive and enthusiasm.
- Comprehensive understanding of the MUD Act 2011 and its implications for OMCs.
- Experience in residential block management and technical knowledge of their operations.
- Drafting leases
- RTB registration
- PSA contract documentation
- Arranging repairs and liaising with maintenance contractors
- Dealing with tenant’s queries and requests on a daily basis
- Booking and carrying out viewings
- Transfer of utilities
- Providing tenancy management functions for landlords.
- Tracking and posting rental payments
- Addressing maintenance issues for tenants
- Coordinating tenant move outs.
- Preparing properties for re-letting.
- Working towards achieving optimum results for clients in relation to new lettings / occupancy levels / renewals.
