Job Description
Homes & Auction Specialist to work across residential developments and property auctions in County Cavan and surrounding areas.
The ideal candidate would have:
- PSRA licensed (preferred) with previous experience
- Full driving licence
- Strong IT and digital marketing capability
- Creative approach to property marketing and launches
- Self-motivated with proven initiative
- MIPAV or SCSI membership (desirable)
- Flexible to work weekends for viewings and launches
The Key Responsibilities include:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute scheme launches to maximise visibility and sales enquiries.
- Manage and host property viewings and show houses, ensuring a high-quality customer experience at all times.
- Lead and deliver marketing activity for new property schemes, including launches, promotional campaigns, and ongoing sales support.
- Maintain and update property listings across portals, websites, and internal systems, ensuring accuracy and strong visual presentation.
