Smith Property is an established and progressive estate agency serving County Cavan and the surrounding region. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Property Negotiator to join our dynamic team.

As Property Negotiator, you will play a key role in marketing and selling residential properties, managing the sales process from instruction through to completion. You will deliver high-quality property launches, conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and build strong long-term client relationships. You will represent the Smith Property brand with professionalism, energy, and integrity at all times.

The ideal candidate would have:

• PSRA licensed with residential sales experience
• Full clean driving licence
• Strong IT proficiency and understanding of digital marketing and property portals
• Creative mindset with the ability to design impactful marketing campaigns
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
• Confident communicator with a professional, polished approach
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties
• Flexible and available to work weekends
• MIPAV or SCSI membership desirable

The Key Responsibilities include:

• Manage residential property sales from instruction to completion
• Conduct property valuations (where applicable) and assist in securing new instructions
• Organise and execute new scheme launches to maximise exposure and generate enquiries
• Host property viewings and show houses, delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Negotiate offers between vendors and purchasers to achieve optimal outcomes
• Develop and implement creative marketing strategies for listings
• Manage digital listings across property portals, company website, and CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and strong presentation
• Maintain regular communication with vendors and buyers
• Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and performance metrics
